Les ressources humaines changent de si\u00e8cle. Les CV ne dorment plus au fond des tiroirs ; ils circulent dans les circuits froids des algorithmes, scann\u00e9s, tri\u00e9s, pond\u00e9r\u00e9s, parfois presque pressentis avant m\u00eame que le candidat n\u2019ait pos\u00e9 sa tasse de caf\u00e9 sur la table de l\u2019entretien. Du 22 au 24 avril 2026, Yaound\u00e9 n\u2019accueille pas seulement un s\u00e9minaire international. L\u2019espace de quelques jours, la capitale camerounaise est surtout le th\u00e9\u00e2tre feutr\u00e9 d\u2019une question br\u00fblante : le management des ressources humaines \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e8re du num\u00e9rique. Pour en parler, STRATEGIX AFRICA (parrain\u00e9 par le Gouvernement de la R\u00e9publique du Cameroun) convoque d\u00e9cideurs, DRH, hauts fonctionnaires et experts autour d\u2019un th\u00e8me \u00e0 la fois technique et politique : \u00ab le GRH, moteur principal de la r\u00e9ussite, de la durabilit\u00e9 et du management \u00e9quitable dans les organisations \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dit autrement : comment gouverner l\u2019humain \u00e0 l\u2019heure o\u00f9 la machine apprend plus vite que les habitudes ne se r\u00e9forment ? Le d\u00e9cor a chang\u00e9, le vertige aussi. Mais derri\u00e8re la promesse technologique, une inqui\u00e9tude affleure. Comment moderniser sans d\u00e9shumaniser ? Comment automatiser sans cong\u00e9dier ce qui fait encore la texture du travail humain : l\u2019intuition, la psychologie, le tact, la compr\u00e9hension des silences et des col\u00e8res rentr\u00e9es ? Car un logiciel sait classer un profil ; il sait moins apaiser une \u00e9quipe fractur\u00e9e par les frustrations, les promotions diff\u00e9r\u00e9es ou les guerres minuscules n\u00e9es d\u2019une climatisation trop z\u00e9l\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au c\u0153ur de sa le\u00e7on inaugurale, le Pr \u00c9b\u00e9nezer Njoh Mouelle pense que la r\u00e9ponse tient en une formule : la fonction RH n\u2019est plus un simple guichet administratif, mais \u00ab le c\u0153ur battant de la performance organisationnelle \u00bb. \u00c0 ses yeux, l\u2019humain doit devenir un capital augment\u00e9 par la technologie, jamais remplac\u00e9 par elle. L\u2019image que convoque le philosophe camerounais est presque saisonni\u00e8re : l\u2019hiver des proc\u00e9dures lourdes c\u00e8de la place \u00e0 un printemps algorithmique. Recrutement pr\u00e9dictif, cartographie des talents, automatisation des processus, anticipation des d\u00e9parts : la DRH quitte la paperasse pour entrer dans l\u2019\u00e8re du pilotage intelligent.<br>Mais gare au f\u00e9tichisme num\u00e9rique. Pr \u00c9b\u00e9nezer Njoh Mouelle le rappelle : \u00ab l\u2019IA doit rester un outil au service de la d\u00e9cision humaine \u00bb. En clair, m\u00eame le plus brillant des logiciels ignore encore l\u2019art tr\u00e8s politique de g\u00e9rer l\u2019ego froiss\u00e9 d\u2019un cadre priv\u00e9 de bureau avec fen\u00eatre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019autre mot-cl\u00e9 de son expos\u00e9, c\u2019est l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9. \u00ab Une organisation qui oublie la justice sociale pr\u00e9pare elle-m\u00eame ses propres turbulences \u00bb, estime-t-il, dans une formule qui r\u00e9sonne presque comme un avertissement strat\u00e9gique. Et d\u2019ajouter : \u00ab Dans un monde secou\u00e9 par les crises et les fractures sociales, la performance ne se mesure plus \u00e0 la seule ligne du b\u00e9n\u00e9fice. Une organisation durable est celle qui avance sans broyer, qui grandit sans exclure, qui performe sans humilier \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au Cameroun et dans l\u2019espace CEMAC, l\u2019enjeu r\u00e9sonne avec force. Port\u00e9 par les ambitions du SND30, le pays acc\u00e9l\u00e8re sa modernisation. Minist\u00e8res, entreprises publiques, groupes priv\u00e9s : tous savent qu\u2019aucune strat\u00e9gie ne tient sans un capital humain solide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La pr\u00e9sence de d\u00e9l\u00e9gations venues du Gabon, de la SEEG \u00e0 AFG Bank, donne \u00e0 ce rendez-vous une port\u00e9e presque diplomatique. Il ne s\u2019agit plus seulement d\u2019\u00e9changer des recettes manag\u00e9riales, mais de b\u00e2tir une grammaire commune de la gouvernance en Afrique centrale.<br>En filigrane plane le message port\u00e9 par STRATEGIX AFRICA : l\u2019Afrique ne peut r\u00e9ussir sa r\u00e9volution \u00e9conomique sans r\u00e9ussir d\u2019abord sa r\u00e9volution humaine.
