Cette r\u00e9forme cible le corridor Douala\u2013N\u2019Djamena, axe vital pour le transit des marchandises tchadiennes et pour les recettes camerounaises.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"500\" height=\"333\" src=\"https:\/\/journalintegration.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Corridor-Douala\u2013NDjamena.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-50128\" srcset=\"https:\/\/journalintegration.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Corridor-Douala\u2013NDjamena.jpg 500w, https:\/\/journalintegration.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Corridor-Douala\u2013NDjamena-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La LVO, exig\u00e9e pour tout transport routier de marchandises \u00e0 titre on\u00e9reux, garantit la tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 et fait office de preuve contractuelle. La taxe \u00e0 l\u2019essieu contribue \u00e0 l\u2019entretien du r\u00e9seau routier. Leur digitalisation vise \u00e0 s\u00e9curiser les flux financiers, r\u00e9duire les fraudes et \u00e9courter les d\u00e9lais administratifs. Deux plateformes structurent le dispositif : Landfreightis, bourse \u00e9lectronique du fret sous r\u00e9gional, et Sig Freight, syst\u00e8me int\u00e9gr\u00e9 de gestion d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialis\u00e9e. Les transporteurs effectueront d\u00e9sormais leurs formalit\u00e9s en ligne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon les responsables du projet, l\u2019objectif est triple : simplifier et rendre transparentes les proc\u00e9dures, optimiser les recettes destin\u00e9es au Tr\u00e9sor public et pr\u00e9server la souverainet\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es du secteur. Les agences de Douala, Kribi, Ngaound\u00e9r\u00e9 ainsi que le poste frontalier de Kout\u00e9r\u00e9 sont annonc\u00e9s comme enti\u00e8rement connect\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La r\u00e9forme intervient alors que le corridor reste marqu\u00e9 par de multiples points de contr\u00f4le. Une mission d\u2019immersion conduite fin janvier 2026 a recens\u00e9 64 arr\u00eats sur 1 392 km, soit un contr\u00f4le tous les 21,75 km. Chaque arr\u00eat g\u00e9n\u00e8re retards, surco\u00fbts et usure m\u00e9canique. Or pr\u00e8s de 20 000 mouvements de camions sont enregistr\u00e9s chaque ann\u00e9e vers le Tchad, pour plus d\u2019un million de tonnes de marchandises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les retards cumul\u00e9s, estim\u00e9s \u00e0 48 heures par trajet simple, augmenteraient les co\u00fbts fixes d\u2019environ 15 % par tonne-kilom\u00e8tre. \u00c0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle d\u2019un parc de 1 000 camions, le manque \u00e0 gagner se chiffre en dizaines de milliards FCFA. En misant sur l\u2019interop\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 des syst\u00e8mes et la r\u00e9duction des barri\u00e8res non tarifaires, le BGFT entend restaurer la fluidit\u00e9 et consolider la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 logistique du Cameroun en Afrique centrale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right wp-block-paragraph\"><em>O.
